Below is everything you need to know about where we ship, delivery timelines, and how to track your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable locations. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier schedules.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
- A tracking number via email and SMS
- Real-time updates on your delivery status
You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking number provided.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure that:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Someone is available to receive the delivery
- Your phone number is correct for delivery coordination
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Package arrived damaged?
Please do not accept the delivery. Take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Package not arrived?
If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with the courier or send a replacement if needed.
