7-Day Return Promise

You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match its description

Please note: whiteboard stickers that have already been applied cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Share your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • Receive return authorization and instructions from our team
  • Ship the product back in its original packaging

For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed
  • Banks may take an additional 5–10 days to reflect the amount
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the damage
  • Choose between a replacement or a full refund
